We are just getting started out so our pricing is competitive:

1 Burro/1 Hour: $500

1 Burro/2 Hours: $600

2 Burros/1 Hour: $700

2 Burros/2 Hours: $900

*Transportation fee of $2 per mile (from County Rd 29 and 1st Street in Loveland).  

*50% due at booking and the remainder due 30 days prior to the event.

Our donkeys live on the west side of Loveland, CO off County Road 29 (near Carter Lake).

Pack burros have a unique history in Colorado but donkeys have long been used to carry supplies/goods especially in harsh terrain. Beverage burros carry on that tradition using a specially designed sawbuck pack saddle with 2 cooler boxes attached on each side. The coolers are filled with beverages, appetizers or party favors. 

Guests can expect to pet the donkeys, give them a treat and take photos with them. 

You do! We don't provide or sell any alcohol, beverages, or ice. The burro simply transports them. For catered events, we can coordinate with the bar staff to serve your drinks from the pack saddles. 

Please check with your venue to ensure that they allow beverage burros. We require a parking space close to the venue  with room for a pickup truck attached to a 2-horse trailer along with space to unload. 

For any donkey manure, we carry a manure rake and bucket to dispose of it promptly.

Reach out to us by phone or e-mail with all your details. We will check the calendar and work to pencil you in. The date will be tentative until a down payment is received. Due to our primary jobs we generally book on weekends, but we may have availability during the week. 

A planner will invoice you through PayPal or you can pay by check or cash (preferred). 

For any cancellation more than 30-days from the event, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. 

For any cancellations within 30-days of the event, you will receive a 50% refund. 

Full refunds for catastrophic events/weather, impassable roadway conditions, and animal illness/incapacitation (as determined by Bar 29). 

Any event that allows a beverage burro to include weddings, corporate events, birthdays, engagements, reunions, etc. 

Yes. We have completed responsible vendors training  for on & off premises licenses. 

Yes, a copy can be provided, when requested by a client. 

Certainly. Reach out to a planner and we will coordinate a visit. The donkeys will not be outfitted with a pack saddle for the visit.
